No cancellations will be permitted for reasons other than:
Documented medical injury preventing participation for the remainder of the term, or Relocation of residence more than 25 miles from Tactic Sports Performance.
In the event of injury, a physician’s note must be provided. Sessions may be frozen and resumed later within 6 months but will not be refunded. Missed sessions do not roll over beyond the contract term.
